Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date personal information. This includes but is not limited to, name, contact details, and current address. It is the client's responsibility to update this information promptly in the event of any changes or updates. Clients are required to promptly notify the GPS ankle monitoring service of any changes to their contact information or payment details. This includes changes in address, email address, and phone number. Clients must promptly communicate with the GPS ankle monitoring service in case of any issues, concerns, or changes related to their account, monitoring services, or personal information. Clients acknowledge that providing incorrect or outdated information may affect the accuracy and effectiveness of the ankle monitoring services, and they accept liability for any consequences arising from such inaccuracies.
Cancellation and Refunds
Clients utilizing our GPS ankle monitoring services are responsible for initiating the proper legal procedures to request the removal of the monitoring device. In the event that a monitoring device should be removed, client must provide legal proof justifying the removal. This legal proof may include court papers or a direct communication from their attorney explicitly requesting the removal of the monitoring device.
Removal orders need to specify the location where the removal is intended to take place, ensuring that our team can coordinate the process efficiently and legally. The GPS ankle monitoring service reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of the provided legal proof and may contact relevant authorities to confirm the request.
If a client is able to cancel the monitoring service before the end of the paid period, they are encouraged to contact our customer service team. Clients may be eligible for a refund for the days during which the monitoring service was not needed. Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
It is important for clients to understand that the removal of the monitoring device and any associated refunds are contingent upon the fulfillment of legal requirements and adherence to the terms and conditions of the monitoring service agreement. Clients are responsible for any outstanding fees or charges incurred up to the point of device removal.

The SCRAM GPS one-piece device is a bracelet that attaches to the client's ankle and tracks movements 24/7. The device operates with a GPS background. These location points can also be transmitted via 4G LTE on the AT&T (GSM) or Verizon (CDMA) cellular networks

Accuracy. SCRAM Systems designed the SCRAM GPS device to function in line with the U.S. government GPS Performance Standard of 95% confidence level, which means that under ideal circumstances, SCRAM GPS demonstrates high-quality GPS accuracy to within three meters. As such, SCRAM GPS provides accuracy and is comparable or surpasses all GPS client monitoring products on the market.





User Guidelines

Do not submerge in water. Device is water-resistant and can withstand showers.

LED light on device indicates when a battery is low (red), charging (blinking green), or fully charged (solid green)

Device will vibrate when battery is low, or if a vibration command is sent.

Device is tamper-evident, and will send multiple notifications to all account supervisors immediately. Do NOT tamper with your device. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

If vibration occurs, press Response Button. If battery is not low, or you are unsure why vibration occurred, text us at (940)276-1458.

If a constant, high-pitched noise is heard coming from the device, press Response Button and IMMEDIATELY call (940)276-1458.

Maintenance and Care

Clean the area around the bracelet, as well as bracelet strap, with mild soap and water and gently pat dry. DO NOT USE ALCOHOL OR WINDEX AS IT MAY RESULT IN TAMPERING ALERT

We recommend charging the device while sitting in one place, such as while watching a movie or working. Sleeping while device is charging may be uncomfortable, or cause device to unplug and not fully charge

Longer socks that can go under the device are recommended for less rubbing and chafing
